To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at comfortableculture@gmail.com. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive the item back and have processed the return we will either refund you or exchange to a different size.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
